Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice and sorbet into blender.
Pour in the desert wine.
Blend until slurry smooth.
Pour into glass.
Top glass with sparkling wine.
Dress top with candied lime.
Mond Water

Blended with 40ml wine dessert and 50ml sorbet lime with 90ml sparkling wine white as well as 60ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice and sorbet into blender then pour in the desert wine and blend until slurry smooth. Pour into glass and top glass with sparkling wine and dress top with candied lime and served in a poco grande glass cold.
