Aussie Mule is pleasurable above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum hoochery distillery and 30ml ginger beer with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 10ml candied ginger also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just cut candied ginger into brunoise and add to shaker then add half the ice to shaker and add rum to shaker. Pour in lime juice and syrup and shake the hell out of it and pour all into glass then add more ice and top with ginger beer and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
