Method - Poured - Cold

Fill highball glass with ice cubes.
Add shot of rum.
Add lime juice and grenadine.
Top with tonic water.

Rum Chairmans Reserve - Chairmans Reserve Rum is one of the harderst bottlings of the Chairmans 1931 Series to obtain as they have become almost depleted.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Aubade is tasteful above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum chairmans reserve and 10ml lime juice with 10ml grenadine as well as 50ml tonic water including 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just fill highball glass with ice cubes then add shot of rum and add lime juice and grenadine. Top with tonic water and served in a highball glass cold.
