Baijiu Guojiao - Baijiu Guojiao product specially made in honour of 1573 National Treasures Cellars is distilled and grain forward this is one of the most famous Chinese liquors.

Ascent Of Money is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml baijiu guojiao and 15ml feijoa juice with 70ml champagne and best with lunch. Just place shot of baiju into vold glass then add shot of baijiu spirits and splash in a little feijoa juice. Add french champagne to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
