Aussie Splice Raspberry is uisce beil medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Blended with 40ml wine dessert and 50ml sorbet raspberry with 90ml sparkling wine white as well as 30ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice and sorbet into blender then pour in the desert wine and blend until slurry smooth. Pour into glass and top glass with sparkling wine and served in a poco grande glass cold.
