Artichoke Lover is drinkable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 60ml artichoke and 30ml arak haddad with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml olive juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add artichoke pices to glass then pour arak on top and add lemon juice. Pour olive juice over all and serve with fork on a plate with cocktail bread and garnish with a sprig of parsley and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
