Apricot Sidecar is restoring robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac and 30ml brandy apricot with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with apricot and served in a martini glass cold.
