Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until chilled.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with apricot.
Restoring

Cognac - Cognac is a variety of brandy named after the town of Cognac and made from wine or fermented fruit juice.

Brandy Apricot - Apricot Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling apricots into a liquor or Eau de Vie distilled from fermented apricot juice or a liqueur made from apricot flesh and kernels.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Apricot Dried - Dried Apricot are sun dried with a soft texture and bright color with a sweet apricot flavour.

Apricot Sidecar is restoring robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac and 30ml brandy apricot with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with apricot and served in a martini glass cold.
