Apricot Flip is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml brandy apricot marie brizar and 30ml egg with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml apricot syrup including 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with apricot and served in a saucer glass cold.
