Apple Jack Sour is moreish quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy apple lairds lightning and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 35ml soda water including 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour all into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and garnish glass with apple and served in a highball glass cold.
