Method
  1. Place jelly into glass and alow to set.
  2. Place scoop of ice cream on top.
  3. Add apple pulp.
  4. Pour apple liqueur on top.
  5. Serve with cocktail spoon.

Layered with 30ml apple liqueur sourz and 70ml jelly apple with 30ml apple pulp as well as 50ml ice cream and best with dessert type dishes. Just place jelly into glass and alow to set then place scoop of ice cream on top and add apple pulp. Pour apple liqueur on top and serve with cocktail spoon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
