Apple Jack is delicious very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy apple and 15ml vermouth rosso alessio with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml gum syrup including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with olive or peel and served in a martini glass cold.
