Antoinette Long is finger licking full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml almond liqueur amaretto bols and 30ml vermouth bianco zarro with 40ml sparkling wine white as well as 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then add amaretto to glass and pour in vermouth. Top with sparkling white wine and served in a highball glass cold.
