12% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Poured - Cold

Warm glass.
pour good irish gin into glass.
Add lime juice.
Pour in etrog syrup.
Top with soda water.
Stir a little.
Blassome

Fiacre is blassome average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml gin drumshanbo and 15ml lime juice with 10ml lemonade syrup as well as 90ml soda water and best at tea time. Just warm glass then pour good irish gin into glass and add lime juice. Pour in etrog syrup and top with soda water and stir a little and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
