Method - Poured - Cold

Slice lemon and stick inside glass.
Add in the ice.
Pour in a shot of gin.
Add lemon juice.
Pour in tonice soda water.
Splash cardamom bitters on top.

Antigua And Barbuda Wind is delightful smooth cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin lemon and 30ml lemon juice with 110ml tonic water as well as 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just slice lemon and stick inside glass then add in the ice and pour in a shot of gin. Add lemon juice and pour in tonice soda water and splash cardamom bitters on top and served in a goblet glass cold.
