Shaken with 30ml caramel liqueur soplica and 30ml advocaat spirit49 with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then pour in all ingredients and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
