Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake to mix.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Anise Liqueur - Anise liqueur or aniseed liqueur or pastis also called anisette is consumed in most countries mainly in Malta Spain Italy Portugal Turkey Greece Albania Lebanon Cyprus Israel Palestine and France.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Cranberry Juice - Cranberry juice is the juice of the cranberry and the term used on its own usually refers to a sweetened version.

Anise Cosmo is tasteful diluted cocktail at 0.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml anise liqueur and 10ml lemon juice with 65ml cranberry juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
