Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into collin glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.

Anaar is freshening strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml cachaca engenho buriti and 10ml lemon juice with 35ml pomegranate juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Pour all into collin glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
