Amuse is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml curacao orange and 15ml curacao green with 70ml sparkling wine white and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add orange curacao into glass then slowly add in the sparkling white and sprinkle the green curacao on top and served in a flute glass cold.
