Amy is succulent above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml caramel liqueur and 15ml coffee liqueur sutherland with 15ml whisky cream as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less ice cream and quick shake to mix. Place small schoop of ice cream into glass and strain into glass over ice cream and add small cocktail spoon and served in a saucer glass cold.
