Amphitrite is restoring light cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine white and 10ml garum with 80ml octopus cooked and best with lunch. Just bbq and cook octopus then add octopus into warm glass and sprinkle over the garum. Add in the white wine and add bread and fork for eating and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
