Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake to mix.
Julep strain into glass.

Bitters Cora - Amaro Cora Bitters are a greenish amber colour liqueur that has a sweet and bitter taste with tones of cinnamon and orange.

Gin - Gin is liquor which derives its predominant flavour from juniper berries. The term gin is a abbreviation of Geneva.

Cherry Liqueur Kirsch Bols - Bols Kirsch is made from fermented and distilled cherries. It is a clear liqueur flavoured with real cherry juice from the famous Schwarzwalder cherries.

Amarosa is lovely heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml bitters cora and 20ml gin with 20ml cherry liqueur kirsch bols as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Julep strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
