Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well until frothy.
  4. Strain into glass.

Amaretto Sour Classic is nummy standard cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml amaretto liqueur e dolce and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until frothy. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
