  1. Place ice into collins style glass.
  2. Add in the moonshine.
  3. Top with lemon soda.
  4. Pour in a blob of parfait amour.

Ball Lightning is nice looking full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml moonshine ole smoky and 70ml lemon soda with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into collins style glass then add in the moonshine and top with lemon soda. Pour in a blob of parfait amour and served in a highball glass cold.
