Alexandra is enjoyable strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml cognac and 15ml orange liqueur grand marnier quintessence with 15ml creme de cacao as well as 40ml cream including 10ml egg yolk also 100ml ice and best with egg dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and flick a little grated nutmeg on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
