Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Light sprinkle of nutmeg.
Double Cream

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Creme de Cacao - White creme de cacao is a sweet alcoholic cocoa bean chocolate liqueur flavoured.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Nutmeg - Nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica.

Alexander is double cream strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 30ml creme de cacao with 50ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best when a coffee is needed. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and light sprinkle of nutmeg and served in a saucer glass cold.
