  1. In a cold tall glass.
  2. Add in ounce of brandy.
  3. Splash in a little nutmeg syrup.
  4. Fill glass with brown ale beer.

Ale Sangaree is delish smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy viceroy and 15ml nutmeg syrup with 245ml beer brew ale brown and had with salad dishes. Just in a cold tall glass then add in ounce of brandy and splash in a little nutmeg syrup. Fill glass with brown ale beer and served in a highball glass cold.
