Ale Punch is pleserus iawn medium cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 140ml beer brew ale and 60ml wine white with 30ml brandy as well as 30ml capillaire syrup including 30ml lemon juice and good with afternoon tea. Just add wine into glass then pour in the brandy syrup and juice and stir all together. Add in the ale beer and grate nutmeg on top and drop toast into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
