Method
  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Water Barley - Barley Water is made by boiling barley grains in water then straining to remove the grains and possibly adding sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Alcor is enjoyable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka wildspirit and 10ml lemon juice with 60ml water barley as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
