Aldermans Punch is luscious average cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum and 30ml brandy with 15ml orange liqueur as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 15ml jam guava also 145ml tea green and best at tea time. Just warm serving glass and brew green tea then add brandy and rum to glass and pour in the orange liqueur. Add in the hot green tea and stir in the guava jam and syrup and served in a coffee glass warm.
