Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Pour in pisco spirit.
Top glass with lemon soda water.
Good with a curry pastry.

Pisco Porton - Pisco Porton has a velvety texture and layers of delicious flavours such as fruits fresh flowers and vanilla.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pastry Curry Puff - Curry Puff pastry is a small pie consisting of curry with chicken and potatoes in a deep fried or baked pastry shell and the consistency of the curry is quite thick to prevent it from oozing out of the snack.

Albemarle Island is freshening strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml pisco porton and 55ml lemon soda with 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in pisco spirit and top glass with lemon soda water and good with a curry pastry and served in a highball glass cold.
