Albanian Salad is scrumptious weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml anise liqueur and 10ml anchovy with 10ml vinegar white distilled as well as 30ml walnut oil including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add albanian spice mix and add ingredients into shaker over ice. Vigorously shake and strain into glass and serve with lettuce and bread and served in a liqueur glass cold.
