Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add white rum.
Add banana liqueur.
Add lemon juice.
Top with lemon soda.
Serve with fish burger.

Rum Light White Beenleigh - Beenleigh Light white rum is matured for a minimum of two years in small ex vats which gives rise to its distinctive Hazelnut and Vanilla notes.

Banana Liqueur - Liqueur flavoured with bananas and strong yellow color and also comes in a green color.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Burger Fish Double - Double fish burger is made with two tender fish and zesty tartar sauce and cheese on a warm bun.

Akis Special is delicious quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum light white beenleigh and 15ml banana liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 30ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to glass then add white rum and add banana liqueur. Add lemon juice and top with lemon soda and serve with fish burger and served in a highball glass cold.
