Akita is flavoursome hair of the dog watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml wine rice sake gekkeikan and 230ml soda water with 20ml yuzu juice as well as 10ml vinegar rice and served for or with tiffins. Just add rice wine to glass then add yuzu juice to glass and top with soda water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
