Stirred with 30ml watermelon liqueur mad rooster and 10ml watermelon syrup with 70ml sparkling wine rose sweet and best with an entree or small snack. Just add watermelon liqueur to glass then pour in the watermelon syrup and stir in the sparkling rose wine and served in a flute glass cold.
