A and B Sour Cocktail

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Place ice into shaker.
Shake well again.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Amaretto - Amaretto is a sweet liqueur flavoured from benzaldehyde that provides the principal almond like flavour.

Bourbon - Bourbon is a type of spirit alcohol distilled from maize or corn and rye and can be aged and comes in a number of colors from dark to light.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

A and B Sour is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amaretto and 30ml bourbon with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add all ingredients to shaker then vigorously shake and place ice into shaker. Shake well again and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
