A Sour Note is delightful strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml umeshu choya gold and 15ml gin with 10ml bitters lemon kings as well as 10ml orange juice including 10ml simple syrup also 15ml egg white together with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Shake well again and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
