Hostus is sapidum light in flavour cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml wine red and 50ml grape juice red with 50ml water hot and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm the wine glass then add in the red wine and pour in the red grape juice. Stir in the hot water, and good with steak and a lick of mustard and served in a wine glass warm.
