Hopeless Case is pleasant tasting quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml gin sloe ableforths and 15ml peppermint schnapps steinbok with 30ml cola soda ice maxi as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pack ice into glass then pour ingredients over ice and top with cola soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
