Put ice into large glass.
Pour in clear mint liqueur.
Add lemon juice.
Pour in lemon soda.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Hippogryph is zesty watery cocktail at 0.1 standard drinks. Built with 10ml peppermint liqueur dekuyper and 10ml lemon juice with 150ml lemon soda as well as 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just put ice into large glass then pour in clear mint liqueur and add lemon juice. Pour in lemon soda and garnish with lemon peel and served in a goblet glass cold.
