Oyster Cooked - Cooked Oyster by lighly poaching in a seafood herb and white wine stock.

Seaweed - Seaweed is algae growing in the sea or on rocks below the high water mark.

Vinegar Sherry - Sherry vinegar is made from aged grapes into a bitter acid and is made exclusively from the acetic fermentation of wines.

Cocktail Fork - Wooden cocktail fork used for dipping and garnishing a cocktail.

Hamish is mwyish average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky macallan 25years and 60ml oyster cooked with 10ml seaweed as well as 10ml vinegar sherry and best with an entree or small snack. Just add poached oysers into glass then sprinkle in the vinegar and tear in the seaweed. Sprinkle whisky on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
