  1. Warm glass and wine.
  2. Add sprig of thyme to glass.
  3. Pour in the shot of thyme liqueur.
  4. Add in the warm red wine.
  5. Drinks well with a beef burger.

San Greal is delicioso full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml thyme liqueur and 120ml wine red and served large chunks of meat. Just warm glass and wine then add sprig of thyme to glass and pour in the shot of thyme liqueur. Add in the warm red wine and drinks well with a beef burger and served in a wine glass warm.
