Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Slowly stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Gin Melchers - Melchers Gin cosmopoliet is a man holding a bottle from JJ Melchers Schiedam.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Syphon Vichy - Syphon Vichy is a device that makes soda water with CO2 cartridges or soda water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Gin Punch Classic is dainty quite strong cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin melchers and 10ml bitters with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml lemon juice including 30ml syphon vichy also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
