Method
  1. Cut pancakes into glass size.
  2. Sprinkle maple sugar between layers.
  3. Add a few layers of pancakes into glass.
  4. Place scoop of ice cream on top.
  5. Pour ginger liqueur over all.
  6. Add cocktail spoon for eating.

Gimp is delightful mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml ginger liqueur kings and 30ml ice cream with 10ml maple sugar as well as 100ml pancake and served with sweet dishes. Just cut pancakes into glass size then sprinkle maple sugar between layers and add a few layers of pancakes into glass. Place scoop of ice cream on top and pour ginger liqueur over all and add cocktail spoon for eating and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
