Baijiu - Baijiu is distilled from fermented sorghum varieties with select grains including corn rice wheat and is a white clear liquor and has a alcohol level between 28 to 65 percent.

Cake Moon - Mooncake is a round pastry with a rich thick filling usually made from lotus seed paste surrounded by a thin crust and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs.

Gan Bei is moreish full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml baijiu and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm the servign glass then add the baijiu into glass and serve with a moon cake and served in a balloon glass at room temperature.
