Method - Layered - Cold

Place ice cubes in tall highball glass.
Pour in ounce of blue curacao.
Add tonic soda water.
Drizzle butterfly pea gin on top.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Tonic Soda - Tonic soda is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Gin Butterfly Pea Tattarang Springs - Tattarang Springs butterfly pea gin is packed full of citrus and married with butterfly pea flowers to give it a beautiful floral backbone.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fupay is pleasant tasting quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml curacao blue and 40ml tonic soda with 30ml gin butterfly pea tattarang springs as well as 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice cubes in tall highball glass then pour in ounce of blue curacao and add tonic soda water and drizzle butterfly pea gin on top and served in a highball glass cold.
