  1. Pour ingredients into bar shaker.
  2. Quick dry shake without ice.
  3. Place ice into shaker.
  4. Vigorously shake until bubbly.
  5. Strain into glass.

Brandy Sour Fluffy is tasty strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml brandy grape chateau tanunda and 20ml lemon juice with 15ml egg white as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pour ingredients into bar shaker then quick dry shake without ice and place ice into shaker. Vigorously shake until bubbly and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
