Embankment is fajsues standard cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin and 60ml mulberry cider with 60ml water hot and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just warm serving glass then add in the peg of gin and add the mulberry cider. Stir in the hot water, and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
