Dunera is dainty strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum gold amber illegal tender and 10ml bitters peach with 60ml aloe vera soda as well as 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into tall glass then add in gold rum and pour in aloe vera soda. Sprinkle bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
