Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.

Absinthe - Absinthe is an wormwood and anise flavored spirit derived from botanicals including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs and has a alcohol level between 45 to 75 percent.

Absinthe aux Dieux is freshening full strength cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml absinthe and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 20ml gum syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
