Gin Raspberry

15ml

Lemon Juice

15ml

Jam Raspberry

100ml

Ice

25% Alcohol By Volume

50 Proof

1.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake until mixed.
Strain into glass.
Delish

Gin Raspberry - Raspberry Gin is normal style gin with raspberry flavour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Jam Raspberry - Raspberry Jam made from raspberries into a thick paste the cooked with sugar and pectin.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cosmonaut is delish robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin raspberry and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml jam raspberry as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
